Established in the year 2019 in Tokyo, we have worked with several Japanese Automotive, High Tech and other manufacturing companies to support them in their Digital Transformation journey.

You will be expected to work across topics ranging from

• Sales or presales - entry-level assist in the management of assigned on-going project(s)
• Doing market research on specific portfolio topics
• Assist in pre-sales and marketing activities

Expected Tasks to be performed

• Support experienced sales team to develop our existing accounts as well as new accounts
• Research and understand to the current domestic and international market needs, and business requirements with critical thinking and identify customer pain points
• Work cross-functionally with teams in domestic and international markets
• Create documents required for projects, discussion, meeting, and research
• Desk-research on designated portfolio(s) with the Japan Market in focus
• Marketing activities for promotion of existing portfolios and introductions of new portfolios / service lines
• Pre-sales activities and proposal preparations to aid in the acquisition of new accounts and projects

Mandatory Skills
Language: Japanese

Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Must have the willingness to learn and be proactive
Possessing analysis skills to take data as input and output actionable

Working Condition
・Work Hours: Full-time, flex time, 40 hours/week

・Holiday: Saturday and Sunday, Golden week,
   summer/winter holidays, special holidays
   13-20 days paid vacation in the first fiscal year
   (April - March),
   Company-wide break over Christmas/New Year

Remuneration
Entry level 5.5 mio -6.5 mio JPY
(depending on degree and basic knowledge)
