Job purpose:

Planning and controlling of customer orders, production control and procurement planning. Ramp up / ramp down coordination and change management.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Planning and controlling of customer orders

Validation of customer orders
Planning and controlling of customer orders considering production capacity, deadlines and inventories.
Forecasting and capacity planning.
Checking for potential supply difficulties and initiation of actions to ensure customer delivery
Creation and maintenance of material master data in the system.                                                                           

Monitoring of delivery performance to customer.

Production control

Production control and monitoring of production progress considering customer demand, deadlines, material availability and inventories.
Coordination of staff and technical capacity for planned production with the affected departments.
Coordination and planning of special production orders (e.g. samples).                                                               

Creation and maintenance of material master data in the system.

► VI - VII level of degree in field of logistics, economics or a related field

► Good communication skills

► Good knowledge of SAP                                   

► English language fluency, both written and spoken
