The Automotive Aftermarket division (AA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards AA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering. AA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.

► You will be responsible to process and analyze internal and external quality concerns (e.g. field claims, 0-mileage, inbound claims…) within the automotive industry of after sales business (OES and IAM)
► Your daily task will be to propose and carry out adequate containment measures (rework, delivery stoppage, stock clearance…) agreed with the operating departments and monitor implementation
► Your task will be to support 8D teams in creation of 8D report in accordance to Bosch guidelines and to document them within the SAP-System (8D steps)
► You will generate appropriate inbound and sorting checking instructions
► Your task will be analysis of non-conformities within product area in your responsibility and definition and monitoring of improvements by using Problem Solving approach
► You will be involved in customer concessions processing
► You will daily communicate with international and cross-functional teams in order to process all the tasks above

► Graduated (bachelor / master of engineering or similar
► At least 2 years of plant quality experience
► Good knowledge of quality processes, tools and methods
► Fluent in English, both written and spoken
► Knowledge of MS office, with focus on Excel and Power BI
► SAP Knowledge is considered an advantage
►Methodical and analytical capabilities
