Job Description

Your responsibility is to define, lead, and evaluate current and future standards in the area of Logistics Planning with a clear focus on source processes.

You are acting as a representative of innovation with a clear objective of improvement and change management activities within all value streams.

In close collaboration with the central logistics departments worldwide, you will work with the operational logistics teams to ensure the state of the art in terms of systems and processes in line with Bosch's global logistics strategy (planning tools, digitalization, Industry 4.0) and ensure continuous improvement at plant level across the different business units.

 

Detailed Description:

  • You are part of the Planning Innovation Team, which is responsible for Standardization, Improvement, Automation and Innovation of the Logistic Planning Department
  • You develop plant and logistic wide standards.
  • You are in charge of several projects to improve the processes of the area Procurement Planning
  • You ensure that sustainable solutions are derived and implemented.
  • You introduce automated solutions in your area of responsibility.
  • You create process flows and proper project and standard documentation.
  • You implement standards, new concepts and ideas.
  • You give support to the operational logistic groups in terms of knowledge and process expertise.
  • You organize Workshops, Trainings and Alignment Rounds
  • You will participate in daily meetings, calls and international community networks.
  • Eg. Planning approach P72
  • Define reports needed (Pilum, long-term supplier, Missing RM, etc)
  • Describe the interfaces to Customer Planning, Transport-Planning
  • Conduct System-CIP Projects for planning topics (DIO, SF, HcI-Productivity, etc)
  • Have a close collaboration to other plants and to central.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree - Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Engineering, Economics, International Trade, etc.

Desired Master's Degree

Language:

  • English- Advanced level

Experience in procurement planning, supplier change management or in a similar role. Strong willingness to train other people.

Technical Skills:

  • ERP (SAP). - Advanced (Desired)
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Power BI) - Intermediate
  • Automation tools (ej. Catalytic) - Basic
  • Working Knowledge of in logistics and/or manufacturing - Advanced
  •  Analytical understanding of processes
