1. 负责对收集到的数据进行清洗和集成，利用数据分析手段，对数据进行分析挖掘；
2. 负责使用专业的数据分析工具，为产线的持续改善、工艺及生产设备的稳定、以及产品工艺开发等提供指导；
3. 负责数据挖掘和机器学习算法的实现；
4. 负责在线和离线海量数据算法和分析模型的建立；
5. 基于大数据的数据分析算法研究，根据数据分析结果优化现有应用并探索新的应用。

计算机科学与工程、数学与应用数学、统计学等相关专业，硕士及以上学历

三年以上数据挖掘经验，精通常见数据挖掘工具的使用；

具备良好的数据敏感度，熟悉数据仓库产品，对数据处理、维度建模、数据分析等有一定认识和实践经验；

扎实的数据统计学基础，精通数据挖掘算法及原理；

熟练使用R / Python / Matlab等挖掘工具搭建程序和模型；

能熟练使用Hadoop/Hive；熟悉Oracle、SQL；

良好的数据报告的撰写和展示；

良好的英语沟通和读写能力。
