Our PROTOTYPES DEPARTMENT PUNCHING AREA is looking for a valuable resource to join our organization.

The ideal applicant is able to read and understand mechanical drawing (views, sections, dimensional, geometric and surface roughness tolerances); knows the types of tools and their clamping and measuring systems (presetting); habitually uses manual measuring tools (bore meter); has gained knowledge of programming language (CNC Fanuc and Heidenhain). The person specifically will be primarily responsible for the following activities:

o assembly and disassembly of tools with measurement by presetting

o tooling the machine tool (horizontal or vertical machining center)

o loading and unloading parts from the vise

o checking and replacing worn tools

o checking compliance with tolerances using hand measuring tools

o ancillary activities of deburring, brushing, washing, rolling

o any shooting on drill press

o with appropriate training: tool selection and programming

Technical training or equivalent experience

The ideal candidate has gained significant experience in operating a CNC machining center and consequently in mechanical machining of drilling, milling, thread cutting, reaming, boring;

Has consolidated a working method oriented to the high quality of the final product; fits into a group dedicated to prototyping and small production

Flexibility, development of multiple skills, autonomy

Constant confrontation with other entities and company functions (Technical Department;Quality).
