Our R&D department based in Nonantola (MO) is a center of global competence for Compact Hydraulic products

Our ENGINEERING RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT is looking for a figure to join their team that must have expertise in hydraulic components, related functions, and applications in the mobile field (excavators, telehandlers,), and product validation. The resourse must come from hydraulic company or similar sector.

The candidate specifically will be responsible for the following activities

- execution and reporting of experimental tests: technical analysis of products to be tested, definition of test objectives, definition of test circuit and related set up on test room bench

- test execution

- verification and analysis of results

- comparison with relevant technical office

Interaction with other company entities will be expected within a young and dynamic team dedicated to the development of product innovation projects, which may include tests at our applications area, equipped with customer machines for product tuning.

Engineer Degree, technical training or equivalent experience

Good familiarity with the main computer tools (MS OFFICE) is required.

Good knowledge of English is required; knowledge of German is a plus.

Organizational autonomy, flexibility, predisposition to teamwork and personal contacts, initiative and propensity to take responsibility complete the profile.

Basic electronic skills and/or propensity to acquire basic electronics knowledge preferred
