Job Description

Our maintenance department is looking for a resource to be included in the Vezzano sul Crostolo team. The ideal candidate has managerial and technical skills, critical thinking and organizational skills.

Main activities:

• Manage and coordinate internal and external resources in order to introduce small or large process improvements. Specifically, he will be responsible for training, motivating and supervising the employees of the maintenance department and coordinating the work carried out by external suppliers;

• Define and plan preventive maintenance interventions and ensure that maintenance and/or repair interventions are efficient by evaluating estimates and costs;

• Monitor the inventory of company assets;

• Implement security policies and procedures for the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or in related disciplines or equivalent experience gained in a maintenance management role;

• Adeguate knowledge of engineering concepts such as electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems and ability to interpret designs, specifications, and schematics;

• Autonomy in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

• Knowledge of English is appreciated;
