- You will handle telephone and written customer enquiries on behalf of our client and thus make a significant contribution to individual customer satisfaction. To do this, you will increasingly use modern media, such as WhatsApp, social media channels and other chat functions.
- In day-to-day operations, you will continuously develop the service and also provide support with concierge and breakdown assistance issues.
- Personality: Customer-oriented, responsible and communicative.
- Working method: Reliable, service- and solution-oriented.
- Experience and know-how: You are enthusiastic about customer service, have a quick grasp and are adept at using information technology. Ideally, you already have practical experience in the travel/tourism/service sector.
- Languages: You speak Dutch at a native level and also have a very good command of written and spoken English. Additionally you have good german skills.
- Education: No specific education necessary.
Please note, that the job location is in Berlin and a 100% remote work is not possible.
