1. Participant in customer projects from acquisition phase to production stages according to PEP (perspective of cost, quality and time).

2. Customer technical requirement understanding and assessment, and evaluate design solutions/concept for production building line.

4. Industrialization for product design with drawings, bills of materials (BoM), and product release.

5. Professional technical support to internal customer on wiper arm level (technique feasibility, etc.).

6. Cooperate (/interactive contact) with other Bosch regions for technical topics.

7. Participation of system problem solving for product failure.

8. Conduct IMDS, ECR, involve in DFMEA/PFEMA

1. Bachelor degree or above. 本科及以上。
2. 3+ Years work experience in automotive product design. 3年以上汽车行业工作经验。
3. Wiper arm or wiper system design experience is preferred. 雨刷杆或雨刷系统设计相关工作经验优先。
4. Cross functional department working experience is preferred. 跨部门工作经验优先。
5. NX or other CAD tool experience is highly desired. NX或者CAD等工具的运用能力。
6. Experienced in MS-office, good computer skill. 熟悉 MS-Office, 良好的电脑技能。
