Job Description

1. Review construction requirements daily to schedule GPs (sub-assemblies) and finished goods in final assembly accordingly.
2. Run a report to determine material availability and notify raw material planners to expedite supplier orders. El Paso warehouse stockout request and Ju4 tailless steel process.
3. Review backlog provided by corporate inventory planner and provide current status to achieve 95% delivery metric.
4. Prepare a list of priorities and follow up with production to emergencies.
5. Review and provide the current status of customer priority orders in the report provided by order fulfillment on a daily basis.
6. Participate in the daily production meeting and communicate any relevant topic.
7. Comply with HSE policy and guidelines.
8. Comply with QMM policy and guidelines.
9. Comply with BPS policy and guidelines.
10. Active participation in the processes and programs of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

Qualifications

• Carry out weekly production plan for finished products and daily for semi-finished products.
• Participate with HSE to follow up on occupational safety, sustainability and environmental standards to comply with applicable Bosch and legal regulations and policies.
• Use different resources to meet the objectives of: Safety (incl. environment), Quality, Delivery and Costs, through the elimination of different types of waste. Follow up on the activities of the production supervisor.
• Ensure adequate operational controls based on EHS standards: environmental risks, waste (hazardous and non-hazardous), water and energy consumption.
