Our Claim Management department is looking for a student who wants to make a stage experience as a Claim Engineer.

The person will mainly deal with the following activities:

• Complaints management of an Italian-foreign customer portfolio, from receipt of the complaint up to the forwarding to the customer of the technical analysis on the claimed product;

• Definition of analysis priorities;

• Drafting of technical analysis reports;

• Teleconferences/Periodic meetings, on site or at the customer, for discussion and closing of complaints;

• Collaboration with other company departments in order to provide/receive support during the coordination of activities related to the management of complaints.

Qualifications

You’re a student in Mechanical Engineering, interested in performing a stage experience within the after-sales area.

Good familiarity with the main IT tools is required (MS OFFICE.

It is also necessary to have a good knowledge of the English language.

The internship lasts 6 months, full time.
