Job Description

As a test subproject leader you will have a technical overview about the product, reliability, price, and every aspect of the power electronic development. Your activities will play a central role, as you coordinate all testing activities by defining the necessary steps needed to fulfill customers requirements and to deliver the right product. 

The test subproject leader should have  a decent understanding of the operation of the device, detailed overview of the customer wishes, needs and requirements, and a good set of soft skills (negotiation, presentation, conflict management, determined but attentive, just to name a few…).

Customer communication with regard to technical subjects during the entire project duration

As a test subproject leader your activities will play a central role, as you coordinate testing activities by defining the necessary steps needed to fulfill customers’ requirements and to deliver the right product.  Sounds excited? Then this could be your chance to make an impact on system level.

Your contribution to something big:

  • Test management for Power electronics through sample phases according to Automotive SPICE
  • Coordination of test related requirements and implementations both internally and with the customer
  • Ensuring a consistent validation concept with cost estimation
  • Coordination and tracking of the test specification and execution to ensure the necessary test coverage
  • Planning and coordination of the integration and release activities synchronized with the development schedule
  • Implementation and coordination of failure analysis and problem reports
  •  Close co-operation with internal and external partners

Qualifications

What distinguishes you

  • Completed studies in the field of Electrical or Mechatronics engineering
  • Systematic and organized work ethics, self-initiative, goal-oriented, team player with intercultural competency
  • Tool experience within the work area automated verification with configuration management (CM) systems (such as ALM, RQM, DOORS etc.)  is advantage
  • Knowledge about automotive standards (ASPICE, ISO26262) and ability to apply the knowledge to the daily work is advantage
  • Methodological competence for systematic troubleshooting and analysis
  •  Task planning and coordinating in a team
  • Very good command of English – German knowledge is advantage
  • Willingness to travel
