Major Job Responsibilities :

1. Visiting customers and marketing about the service sales business
2. Updating the CRM opportunities and tracking the upcoming order status from the customer
3. Taking ownership on end-to-end upgradation and retrofit projects
4. Service sales offer preparation and negotiation
5. Repair inventory planning, monitoring
6. Order processing coordination with logistic team

Knowledge / Specialization / Experience / Expertise required in the areas like :

Strong technical repair and troubleshooting knowledge & understanding of Motion
controllers, Servo Drives, PLC’s CNC‘s components, systems related to Machine tool
/Printing/Packaging /General automation Industry also
Good understanding of Commercial terms.
Solid Communication skills, Techno-commercial skill, Negotiating skills, Presentation skills etc.
Should be a Go-getter, Willing to travel.
Should have good personality, Problem solver,Team player and capable of working independently with own initiative to meet set targets.
6-10 years in service /application /sales experience in handling above
mentioned products to OEM’s / Integrators
