Job Description

Position Overview:

The NPI Project Leader will be responsible for leading and coordinating industrialization projects within the automotive electronics division of our Hatvan manufacturing plant. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure the smooth transition of new products from development to series production. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, project management, and quality standards in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

► Project Management: Lead industrialization projects from concept to series production, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality targets. Develop project plans, identify milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure successful project execution.

► Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain, to drive effective coordination and communication throughout the industrialization process. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing and teamwork.

► Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Implement lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency, quality, and overall performance.

► Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the industrialization process. Proactively address potential issues, obstacles, and bottlenecks to ensure project success.

► Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality assurance team to establish robust quality control plans and processes for new products. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, customer requirements, and Bosch quality guidelines.

► Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components and materials required for industrialization projects. Establish strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and drive supplier performance to meet project objectives.

► Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and technical specifications. Prepare regular project status updates and present findings to the Management team and key stakeholders.

► Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

► Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

► Extensive experience (5+ years) in project management, industrialization, or manufacturing within the automotive industry.

► Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software. PMP certification is an advantage.

► Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and quality standards.

► Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

► Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software.

► Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

► Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

► Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

► Fluent in English; knowledge of German language is beneficial.
