Job Description

  • You will process the GM’s Outlook Calendar and standard communication
  • You will organize meetings and visits
  • You will draw up presentations and reports
  • You will organize and set business trips for the company staff
  • You will be part of teams in organizing Workshops, Team Buildings, other Events
  • You will offer training about internal travel system for new employees
  • You will handle correspondence with internal and external providers – sends/ receives/ distributes correspondence
  • You will offer support department, handling office tasks and administrative activities (invoices, travel expenses, purchase orders for the department)
  • You will be responsible for keeping the working space organized and clean (5S standards)
  • Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
  • You develop a comprehensive network within the company.



  • You are well organized, focused and able to meet deadlines ;
  • Your mindset is based on improvement and growth;
  • You have self-initiative;
  • You bring positive attitude;


  • Undergraduate Student / Master program student
  • Fluent in English and Romanian (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of German language is an advantag
