- Identifying customer needs and grow business with new customers, new product launching into VN market.

- Collaborating with Marcom team to do internal training, event, workshop, exhibition.

- Understand business and perform market & competitor analysis in product, solution and technology trend.

- Pre-sales:

• Provide technical assistant for customers to support design, tender clarification and spec-in Bosch product into project.
• Regularly conduct products & system training of Video products to BSCPs to maintain and upgrade their technical knowledge.
• Introducing Bosch Security System Video products to System Integrator, Designer, A&E firms, End Users.
• Doing product demo & PoC, product & solution presentation to customer.

- Post-sales support:

• Support customer at site for testing, commissioning and system configuration.

• University degree of IT, Telecom or Electronic engineering
• At least 3 years of experience of Video product, ELV, IT products
• Mandatory: Vietnamese and fluent in English
• Have knowledge about CCTV, ELV, IT, etc
• Problem solving skill
• Have technical understanding
• Verbal communication skill
