Job Description

  • Know the overall communication strategy for Bosch in Romania and support its implementation
  • Research relevant data and stories to enhance reputation of Bosch Group activities in Romania. Conceptualize and create relevant content and reports for various communication channels internally and externally (Corporate website, internal digital and print channels, social media channels, corporate brochure, power point presentations)
  • Deploys digital communication activities on external and internal channels (strategy, implementation and content calendar for social media, updates on website and press site)
  • Maintain/enhance Facebook, create content for Instagram, LinkedIn 
  • Maintain website bosch.ro and press site Bosch Media Service
  • Supports the maintenance/creation of internal social media channels
  • Support social media dialogue with content /answers anticipate topic-based discussions (create Q&As)
  • Support for management communication (PowerPoints, reports)
  • Support the organization of external and internal events in accordance with the organization's annual strategy (press conference, Christmas, anniversaries, family day)
  • Check translations of central or local communication materials (press releases, posters) and publish them on the respective channel
  • Create basic materials in Bosch corporate design, using templates and good practice examples (PPT, emails, posters)
  • Utilized central communications material and localize accordingly
  • Actively participate in the meetings for the synchronization of activities in order to achieve the objectives of communicating / promoting the image of the Bosch Group in Romania.
  • Collaborate effectively with the communication teams from all Bosch locations in Romania, as well as with other stakeholders (beneficiaries, public authorities, employees, suppliers).
  • Maintain contact with suppliers specialized in the creation of communication materials (including website) and events and supervise the creation of communication materials/events
  • Provide support for all internal/external communication activities carried out by the Corporate Communication department.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • minim 2-3 years experience in operational communication field (corporate communication, PR agency, journalism, marketing communication, media relations);
  • Strong skills in editing and writing target-group specific content for various formats (internal/external)
  • Track record in research skills (political/economical/trends), content creation/storytelling
  • Project coordination experience
  • Experience in leading external vendors or service providers/agencies
  • Experience with CSR projects or volunteering activities

Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills (oral & writing);
  • Conveying messages in a simple and target-oriented way;
  • Strong conceptual & analytical skills;
  • Communicative personality;
  • Good social competence;
  • Well organised, self-confident, independent, proactive;
  • High degree of self-initiative, independent style of working.

Education:

Advanced degree in a communication-specific studies such as corporate communications, journalism, marketing communications, online communications, languages (English)
