• Sales and profit responsibility for the local IPM business (TNS, local EBIT)
• Securing pipeline and portfolio management, including pre-ongoing and post-calculation of ETO orders
• Pre-Engineering responsibility and ensuring the use of standardized solutions in compliance with RBGF 00182
• Product responsibility for ETO products in sense of RBGF 00182, which are manufactured on the basis of standards developed centrally by DC-IH/EPM (local design, production, quality)
• Process manager for tailoring and local implementation of the ETO process (DCCD 08007-13/DCGP 39239 BBL)
• Disciplinary responsible for local PUE
• Nomination of participants and ensuring participation in AB Expert Networks as Responsible HPU (Hydraulic Power Unit)

• Experienced in production processes
• Subject matter of expertise in hydraulic projects
• Deep knowledge design process and phases in hydraulic systems
• Analyze and optimization of processes
• Strong analytical, problem solving, presentation skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills, competencies in team management
• Presentation- and communication skills (KPI reporting, etc) and effective communication with stakeholders
• Proficiency in English, verbal and written communication (German language is an asset).
