• Receiving the products and loading them into the management program
• Processing the data necessary for the repair flow (e.g. customer contact data, product identification data, etc.)
• Preparing to ship repaired products
• Preparation of transport documentation

• You work effectively both in a team and independently
• English language requirement (advanced written and spoken)
• The Bulgarian language is an advantage (read) at an average level / You understand texts written in the Cyrillic alphabet
• You operate the computer easily
• You are a persistent person and attentive to details
• You have technical knowledge
