  • Conducting account specific deep dive to identify the weak areas and propose solution for correction.
  • Closely working with BE team for Roll-Out concept/Trainings concept for the new methods.
  • Support the deployment of Academy education measure .
  • Coordinating and working closely with topics owners from BE team and drive the progress methodically in the organization.
  • Maintaining Penetration of established BE solutions with in organization
  • Responsible for onboarding for new topic owners in to BE team
  • Establishing and drive pitstop meetings across OSS users
  • Responsible for product increment planning, Sprint review and retrospection with in BE team.
