In this role you will be part of the brand, marketing & communications team for Bosch Global Software Technologies, BGSW (formerly known as Robert Bosch Engineering & Business Solutions, RBEI)

Monthly/Yearly Tasks as follows:

• Upload the monthly cost and revenue for BD in BGSW (133 CC in total) into [email protected] after review on a timely basis
• Support the planning for MAE Investment for BD in BGSW during BP (Business Plan), CF (Current Forecast) and Act (Actual) Scenario
• Support the HC MBR reporting for BD in BGSW
• Run the charging report for review at monthly meeting with respective BD CTG and BD business owners
• Support the BD team in BGSW in the yearly preparations of price calculations if needed
• Support the BD teams in BGSW for general charging/pricing enquiries
• Review the cost/charging with BGSW (hosting legal entity) on a monthly basis to ensure the accounts are balanced (16.25% TPM is met by year-end)
• Any corrections/reclass/transfer of budget in [email protected] after approval by BD CTG

• CA fresher or MBA Finance with 2-3 years of experience
• General Accounting knowledge
• Basic IT skills and must be proficient in Excel
• Familiar with handling numbers and preparations of reports
• Meticulous and able to handle details
