Di cosa ti occuperai?

Responsabilità dell'Help Desk ERP automotive:

• Gestire le richieste di supporto (e-mail, telefono e sistema di ticket di supporto) da parte degli utenti finali della soluzione gestionale ERP automotive.
• Classificare le richieste in:
  • Problemi.
  • Richieste di modifica.
  • Formazione aggiuntiva
• Risoluzione dei problemi di competenza.
• Inoltrare e gestire il ticket al supporto L2.
• Mantenere le FAQ e la documentazione relativa al supporto.

Cosa ti contraddistingue?

Requisiti necessari:

• Madrelingua italiano
• Esperienza con i processi di officina auto.
• Famigliarità con soluzioni gestionali ERP.
• Forte orientamento al Cliente
• Capacità di problem-solving e di creazione di documentazione

Requisiti preferenziali:

• Conoscenza di Microsoft Dynamics 365 NAV.
• Conoscenza applicativi Incadea.
• Esperienza come impiegato nel settore officina e/o consulente nel settore automotive di almeno 3 anni.
• Buona conoscenza inglese scritto e parlato
