You will be given product training and excellent support within organization.

You will be responsible to derive product specifications, plan, coordinate and develop activities for development and market rollout of automated assembly and tightening solutions. Work closely with project team and establish partners for the execution of job and project orders, manage and take responsibility of the complete project life cycle with support and resources from the team by establish appropriate goals, objectives, and prioritizing milestones.

Effectively utilize project management skills to maintain control of assigned tasks. High-level of understanding of product and quality requirements.

Education: At least Bachelor degree in in Electrical or Electronic Engineering / Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering.

Work Experience:  minimum of 8-10 years of successful product management, technical sales working experience with proven track records in are of assembly manufacturing solutions with expertise in industrial tightening tools nutrunner.  References of successfully completed turn-key solutions, experience with automated manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing operator guided systems. Knowledge of various automation technologies (electric drives and controls, electromechanical systems and actuators, sensors etc.) is an advantage.

Languages: Fluency in both spoken and written English and Thai.

Skills: Project management skills, good business communication skills, technical know-how of applications and technology. Ability for engagement and interacting with executive management, senior engineering and technical personnel, as well as purchasing. Proven track record of generating new business and rapid revenue growth with excellent value selling and negotiation skills.

Characteristics: Positive attitude and responsiveness towards customers, winning mindset and team spirit, independent, versatile, strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset and good problem solving at technical, commercial, and operational level. Strong technical aptitude and willingness to embrace the sales and promotion of Bosch Rexroth products in multiple technologies within Factory Automation solutions and services.
