Job Description

  • Executes the Bosch Power Tools B2C (Business-to-consumer) strategy by running day-to-day operations on e-shops & marketplaces in Romania
  • Monitors and optimizes the performance of sales and on-site conversion (CVR)
  • Drives and optimizes sales performance of the local B2C e-shops & marketplaces
  • Holds responsibility for meeting P&L targets and sales metrics
  • Manages and oversees the implementation of global commercial guidelines and 4P implications on the B2C touchpoints:
    • Prices in line with pricing rules & corridors
    • Available products & exclusives in line with assortment structures & guidelines
    • Promotion rules as outlined in global B2C rules
    • B2C touchpoints managed in line with local platform guidelines
  • Works closely with global, regional and local teams to identify and implement new B2C initiatives in Romania
  • Coordinates regularly with the regional head and holds relationships with local partners


  • You have several years of experience and proven success in e-commerce and digital marketing
  • You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
  • You have experience in managing roadmaps, budget and resources
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree or university degree in digital, commercial or business-related field
  • You are fluent in Romanian and English
