Job Description

What will you take care of?

As Facility Management Specialist you will be part of the Facility Management Team (FCM) in Cernusco Sul Naviglio (MI).

You will be responsible for:

  • Help shaping the futurecontribute, with an added value proposition, to the promotion of a safe, stimulating and welcoming work-environment.
  • Experience cooperationbuild a solid relationship with the local Facility management team as well as with the German headquarter. Work in close relationship with local and regional public institutions as well as our external architecture studio to support all the Company’s necessity related to the physical facilities.
  • Take on responsibilityensure that the physical facilities match the working needs by actively designing and supporting the implementation of projects related to the company’s real estate of more than 49.000m2, composed by 4 buildings, 2 workshops and internal parking slots.  Take care of the budget estimates and management through business intelligence tools.
  • Experience continuous growthsupport the company’s improvements through the development of new inspiring working spaces, from the design to the maintenance, renovation and update consistent with the Bosch guidelines.


What distinguishes you?

  • Professional experience: 2+ years in facility management departments, experience in Industrial sector will be considered a plus.
  • Education: Degree in Architecture
  • Know-how: Knowledge of Autocad, Autodesk Revit, PowerBi nice to have. Know-how of the current legislation related to real estate projects.
  • Languages: fluent in Italian and English
  • Work style: Pragmatic, curious, team-working, detail-oriented.
