The position is located in our Bosch Jihlava plant in Czech Republic. It can be offered with a local Czech contract as well as an Expat contract from Hungary for at least 2 years period with a return guarantee to the Service Center in Budapest.

► Supervise, manage and motivate the associates of a specific area of responsibility (here Payroll for Czech Republic) on a daily basis
► Create an inspiring and collaborative team environment with an open communication culture
► Plan and manage the workforce within the team, delegating tasks and setting deadlines
► Set clear team goals and prioritize tasks according to key performance indicators
► Distribute information to team members as well as listen to their feedback
► Discover training needs to support on the development of associates

► Build the bridge between the HR Service Center in Budapest and the local satellite organisation in Czech Republic for knowledge transfer and best practice sharing

► Background: You have a bachelor's degree in e.g. Business, Economics, Psychology or any Human Resources related specialization
► Experience: You have 5 years of professional working experience in HR organizations with Payroll, preferably HR Service, and 1-2 years in a leadership position would be appreciated. You also have deep working knowledge of HR processes (e.g. Workforce Administration, Time&Attendance, Payroll etc.).
► Personality: You are an inspiring and communicative leader. You have interpersonal, collaborative, and conflict-resolution skills
► Working practice: You have organizational and time-management skills. You have the ability to solve conflicts and make decisions in an analytical way. Good IT skills are beneficial
► Languages: You have very good written and spoken Czech Republic and English skills. Other foreign languages are a plus
