What will you take care of?

Within the Mobile Application Division – Construction sector of Bosch Rexroth, you will be the Italian KAM of CNHi Construction in relationship with the Global Key Account Manager of the customer. You will

Help shaping the future:

  • Maintain and develop the business with CNHi in collaboration with the Global Key Account and the Mobile Division

Take on responsibility:

  • Turnover and profit management of the customer
  • Negotiate terms and contracts
  • Negotiate and manage customer-specific project and actions
  • Identify and develop new business within the customer
  • Stakeholders’ relations management
  • Manage/Prepare the Business Reviews
  • Coordinate the activity of the Resident Engineer inside customer Plant in Lecce

Experience cooperation: 

  • You will cooperate in the definition of business plans, through the analysis of sales KPI's
  • Interface with Business Unit Sales Management on the appropriate Strategy for Key Account penetration

Experience internationality: 

  • You will work in an international environment with frequent connections to the Headquarter in Germany



What distinguishes you?  

Education: Master's Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Mechatronic Engineering

Experience and professional background: 3/4 years of experience in technical Sales, managing international customers. Preferable previous background in the off-highway machines application market.

Languages: fluent in English; German will be considered as a plus 

Work style: autonomy, analytical approach, result orientation, business acumen and pragmatism. You have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork
