Job Description
- The handling of inbound calls (order and technical).
- Providing professional accomplished communication to a wide range of customers.
- Advising on price and availability of parts.
- Order progressing.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Confident, professional telephone manner.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Data entry experience.
- Basic understanding of IT skills.
- Basic understanding of technical skills.
- Working with SAP is an advantage however is not essential.
- Monday - Friday
- Hours between 08:30 – 17:00 (37.5 hours)
