• Mentorship of defined TR and MEE suppliers within diversed commodites (milling, turning, casting, forging, assembly groups and etc.)
• Contact person for all internal and external issues in regards of suppliers under responsibility
• Negotiation including necessary preparation
• Contract management
• Capacity management
• Support in case of quality or logistic issues
• Cost structure analysis of relevant parts and part families including resulting measures
• Budget responsibility (tools, fixtures, samples within BP process)
• Identification an realization/tracking of saving projects
• Creation and realization of part family and supplier strategies

• Completed studies in the field of business administration, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering
• At least 3 years of work experience in purchasing desirable, preferable in commodity purchasing
• Good technical knowledge
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High level of initiative and self responsibility
• Assertiveness and persuasiveness
• Willingness to travel
• Very good English skill mendatory, German desireable
