Experience : 13 - 18 Years in Datacentre design and management, including real-time experience in IT core Infra management, architect and support

Skill set:
• 12-15 years of Infra experience in a comparable position experience in Datacentre, IT Industry and must to have good experience in Network, Storage, Server & virtualization topic & good to knowhow of latest trends in Infra
• Hands on experience on preparation of Proof of concept of IT Infra and Cloud topics
• Good Knowledge on overall IT Infra which includes AD/Exchange/Servers/Virtualization/Cloud/Middleware concepts/Multi-factor/SSO/Scripting/etc.
• Good Knowledge on multi-cloud environment (AWS/Azure/gCloud/etc.)
• Experience with Data center design and build
• Good knowledge on emerging topics such as IOT/ITOT/AI/ML
• Good Team management and communication skills
• Very good written and spoken skills
• Preferred TOGAF/Cloud certifications

Key Responsibility:
• Work independently, providing On-site/Offshore support for Infra/Datacentre design, optimization or buildout
• Work and assist in drafting large scale Network solutions for large Infra setup and provide consultation support
• Analyze and design roadmaps for implementation plans based on current requirement with futuristic view
• Evaluate Technology trends and Market trends and bring in Industry best practices
• Design, evaluate the Architecture and develop governance model on basis of Organization IT strategies
• Take up IT Infra/Cloud study of customer environment and provide high level consultation services
• Develop budget and project plans during the analysis and design phase of the project
• Responsible for the development of all RFI and RFP documents required for bid leveling
• Manage client expectations throughout the project regarding scope, budget, billing, schedules and time frames
• Conduct meetings according to the scope of the project including Deployments, technology and management meetings
• Establish target state requirements and architecture design for the Organization business need
• Analyze gaps between current and target state operating capabilities
• Manage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously
• Identify Business requirements with context to external and internal factors and support in Technical Architecture establishment
• Install Infra components, such as servers, network devices, power supplies, blade enclosures, KVM switches and monitors
• Provide high level consultation support on IT Infra design and setup for Team members wherever required
• Provide high level consultation support on Datacenter establishment and management
• Developing and implementing IT policies and best practices
