• To Serve as a Lead for the firm’s Societal Impact Reporting efforts
• Play a leading role in developing Impact reports, including interfacing with internal and external stakeholders: develop outlines, collect content, draft material, improve reporting capabilities and procedures, track Impact data
• Maintain the social impact focused repository for compliance and publishing along with thematic representation of data and impact
• Monitor ongoing and rapidly changing dynamics in the reporting space, with a specific focus on emerging reporting frameworks and regulatory disclosures
• Support in submission and collation of various deliverables including impact matrices and application for various awards
• Mapping of new areas of project collaboration at the firm’s various facilities
• Implementing the new projects with Impact focus on ground
• Evaluation of Social Investment Project Portfolio
• Research on Impact of Volunteering in the corporate space and showcase benefits and nurture innovative programmes

MBA/MS in Social Development , Masters in Financial Management

• 10 years of work experience with 5+ years of impact reporting; finance experience a plus
• Deep understanding of the impact reporting landscape and the key frameworks
• Excellent project management skills in the social sphere

• Detail-orientation with excellent business writing, communication and presentation skills
• Stakeholder Management and Engagement including holding workshops with external partners and stakeholders
• Demonstrated passion for social topics
• Willing to travel to various project sites across other states where the firms presence is available.
• Ability to work in a relatively fast-paced environment with flexibility, efficiency and team spirit
• Honesty, compassion and empathy are key elements to work in this space
