Job Description

Your contribution to something big

Within area of operation, the Product Specialist Filters and Resale goods will be responsible for:

► Product Strategy Alignment with Headquarters (BU)

► Regional implementation of product strategy and pricing

► Developing and executing regional launch concepts for new products / product programs (e.g. midterm turnover plan, launch activities)

► Representing the Product Segment in the Sub-region

► Lifecycle Continuous monitoring and reporting on competitors’ activities

The job holder’s success will be measured by, but not limited to:

► Regional product specific turnover and consolidated margin

► Successful launch of new products

► Effective lifecycle management

► Effective collaboration with other departments (e.g Technical, Workshop, Sales) in order to develop business


The job holder will hold the following knowledge and skills:

What distinguishes you 

► Deep knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket

► Experience of managing technically complex automotive products is desirable

► Demonstrable success in managing a product portfolio

► Good understanding of Automotive Aftermarket distribution channels plus the behavior and priorities of independent workshops

► Strong communication & presentations skills and the ability to collaborate and influence effectively in a matrix organization

► Ability to manipulate and analyse data quickly and accurately

► Positive and solution-oriented in a logic of increasing the competence and efficiency of the marketing team

► Fluent English
