Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

•    Responsible for Mobility Service Platforms availability
•    Serves as single point of contact between Operations, IT, and Project Managers
•    Coordinates and responds to critical incidents
•    Manages a global team of Mobility Service Engineers
•    Oversees and manages workload of team members
•    Share domain and technical expertise, provide technical mentorship, and cross-training of team members
•    Responsible for the documentation of existing services and process improvements
•    Provides Service Level reports to clients
•    Plans and coordinates IT changes


What distinguishes you:

•    Graduate of BS Computer Science, Business Informatics or a similar field or comparable education with relevant professional experience (Master or Bachelor’s degree).
•    3+ Years managing IT team
•    5+ Years of experience working with IT telephony systems
•    2+ Years of experience working with Linux OS, such as Ubuntu and Oracle Linux
•    3+ years of previous experience in large organization with a multi-national and multi-cultural business base, ideally with some form of people management
•    Experience in ITIL process
•    Knowledge on Administration and Maintenance of Telephony Systems such as Avaya and Genesys
•    Practical experience and knowledge of virtual environments, networks, and servers
•    Experience in MS SQL/relational databases and SQL queries
•    Experience working with Windows and Linux OS in servers
•    Strong leadership and team-building skills
•    Experience in leading an IT team composed of multi-national and multi-cultural members that works on a 24/7 basis
•    Communication, coordination, and organizational skills
•    User-centered and exceptional Analytical Skills
•    Autonomous planning and steering of the team’s tasks and strategy
•    Willing to work in shifting schedule and working onsite
