Job Description

The Customer Sales Support Associate is responsible for: Serial production, Customer/ Contract Management, Product Lifecycle Management, IT / Customer Master Data Management, Price Administration and Credit Management

Your contribution to something big:

► Supports the customer account in preparing and implementing the serial project sales strategy incl. price management, claim management and product lifecycle management

► Supports the customer account in managing the commercial situation within the customer account for series projects with focus on planning, reporting, profit management and change management

► Creates sales orders

► Invoice special revenues (R+D, tooling etc.), issues POC (Purchase Order Confirmation)

► Assures on time (by end of series) cancellation of part numbers, quality of PLC data and hand-over to Aftermarket Sales Coordination for Product Life Cycle Management (start cancellation process,  hand-over to AA)

► Tracking of over-dues, collections and dispute Management 

► Identifies and analyzes missing payments in advance; track due receivables; drive customers and involved departments; allocate dispute cases, track progress for price differences

Qualifications

What distinguishes you?

► Bachelor or Master degree in economics, industrial engineering, technical business administration or comparable fields of studies

► 1-3 years work experience gained in technical sales, purchasing or project management, preferably in the automotive industry

► Fluent English knowledge, German is an advantage

► MS Office knowledge is expected, SAP or any other ERP knowledge and knowledge of co-working softwares are advantage

► Experience with Bosch sales processes (planning, KPI, etc.) is advantage

► High flexibility, structured way of thinking
