Job Description

You will be part of Thermotechnical Division Team of Bosch Italy, in the Marketing office and you will have the responsibility to manage the marketing intelligence activities.

Experience Cooperations:

  • Collaborate with several departments in organization including marketers & sales
  • Work closely together with Touchpoint Managers & Use Case Owners
  • Transform data into actionable insights incl. data manipulation techniques to help businesses and organizations make better decisions –also in a proactive way (“as a consulting service”)
  • Dealing with other local and central functions

Take on responsibility:

  • Collect, consolidate and organize data; proactively perform analysis
  • Develop routines that can be automated & easily modified for reuse in other areas
  • Continuously improve provided information into B2C and B2B customer / user Insights
  • Combine multiple data sources & make sense out of existing & complex data
  • Access data & explorative analytics tools (Google Analytics & Power BI dashboard e.g. NPS)
  • Work on new ways of capturing and analyzing data to be used by the analysts


What distinguishes you?     

Education: Degree in economics or Statistics

Experience and Know-how: Similar role experience of 1/2 years; 

-Expert in Reporting-and visualisation software (z.B. Power-BI, Tableau, Google Analytics)

-Domain/business know-how esp. instruments in sales management

-Basic Application Know how for what the Analysis is done (e.g. Website, eShop, PP..)

-CRM knowhow

-Analytics know-how (statistics, data cleaning)

-Data visualization know-how

-Statistical analysis software usage

Languages: English Good C1 minimum

Work style: Ability to work for projects, goal and result orientation

Personality: excellent communication skills, team working, problem solving
