What will you take care of?

You will join the Customer Service Office. 

Experience cooperation:

  • Timely and accurate order & quotation processing in SAP;
  • Providing customers with information related to price and availability, order status, products etc.;
  • Processing customer returns in SAP;
  • Customer claims/feedback management;
  • Managing open orders by extracting and analyzing SAP reports;
  • Monitoring order statuses and keeping customers informed on order execution status on daily basis;
  • Providing prompt and courteous service to customers by using communication skills to listen, interpret and respond to customer needs;
  • Ensuring customer inquiries via telephone/email are dealt with promptly and within a minimum time-frame;
  • Raising requests for creating and updating SAP data (customer master data).

Take on responsibility:

  • Internally communicating with other departments to ensure that customers’ needs and claims are being supported promptly;
  • Ensuring customer is satisfied with provided service and offered support;
  • Active participation in continuous improvement processes and CIP activities;
  • Handling of local procedures for rack kitting, demo goods and free of charge in line with local tax requirements.

Qualifiche

What distinguishes you?

Education: University degree or high-school diploma in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Logistics or equivalent

Languages: Fluent Italian at native level and English B2 level (minimum language requirement in spoken and written)

    Experience and know-how:

    Minimum 3 Years of experience in Customer Service and Supply Chain.

    Work style:

    • Excellent level of customer-orientation & sense of urgency
    • Excellent level of adaptability and flexibility towards changing local market conditions (i.e. Italy product packaging and labelling requirements)
    • Attention-to-detail & result-orientation
    • Analytical thinking and Problem solving
    • Technical and business understanding of Security & Safety industry is a plus

    IT Knowledge:

    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
    • ERP/SAP experience will be a plus
