Job Description

- Front end from IT coordination department of the Business to perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate systems solution; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements. Domain process knowledge in FI/CO as  the core module of SAP 

- Project management to manage medium size projects in coordination with Program /Development

- Process expert role for SAP with end to end consulting related to all global/local processes and related master data

- Act as a liaison with Business users and technical team for troubleshooting; investigate, analyze and resolve issues.

Support the business processes with issue identification, resolution and process optimization

Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required

- Analyze the evolving Bosch global solution along with SAP ECC 6.0, S/4 Hana & non-ERP solutions to meet the Global IT roadmap 

- End to end consulting related to all global/local processes and related master data

- Budgeting: preparation of business plan for IT cost/projects and monitoring 

- Co-Ordinate Project training, testing, migration and documentation during the project & Business Requirements execution

- Identify cross-functional topics (SD/MM) and ensure the processes are aligned across modules

Qualifications

- CA/ICWA/CA Inter/MBA Finance with SAP FICO certification from reputed Institution

- With Minimum 3 years’ experience

- Functional & technical proficiency.Proficient in SAP FICO module, with at least one implementation experience 

- Experience in FI/CO integration points with other SAP modules (MM and SD) 

- Functional process knowledge of at least 2 years, in Finance & Controlling 

Desirables:

- Good knowledge of IT processes Understanding of Accounting business process. Ability to understand business process from customer perspective 

- Good knowledge of IT technologies that can help business for process automation. (web based applications, SharePoint & .Net) 

- SAP S/4 Hana certification

- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deliverables and Projects at the same time 

- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others 

- Integration Management  & Authorization Topics

- Experience in Automotive Domain is preferred
