Understanding and translation of sales and service business processes and requirements into technical C4C solution.
Technical solutioning and Architecture design, within complex IT Landscape including SAP C4HANA, SAP FSM, CRM, ERP/S4HANA other non SAP systems.
Fine-tuning and activities related to sales and service business objects (Master Data, Sales and Service Processes, Authorizations, Party Processing).
Executing Standard Integration scenario of C4C with ECC and CRM using PI /HCI.
Configuration of C4C solution using KUT and experince in Creation of Extension Fields.
Data migration & cleansing tasks.
Issue handling within the scope of 2nd and 3rd level application support.
Highly skilled in ABSL, BODL, UI Script, UI designer in Cloud Applications Studio ( SDK) to develop and deploy complex C4C (Cloud for Customer) solutions.
Very experienced in developing custom Business Objects in Cloud Application Studio along with extension. XML File Input, SDK Fields, Mash-up, Web Service, etc.
More than 3 years of experience in implementation projects (SAP CRM, ERP, BI, etc.)
Experience in data migration tasks
Experience in creating and designing reports
Basic knowledge of integration scenarios
Willingness to learn and be challenged
Willingness to travel
Basic knowledge of sales and service processes will be considered as a plus
Basic understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/ Kanban) will be considered as a plus.
