BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

Job Description

1.1. Talent Acquisition

  • Sourcing talents using different sourcing tools.
  • Screening & identifying potential candidates’ resumes to fill company job vacancies.
  • Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Managing job advertisements on job boards and social networks.
  • Assist in job fair, career day or related recruitment events.
  • Assist in employer branding activities/ initiatives.

1.2. Learning & development

  • Coordinating new hire orientations (materials, logistics, training attendance record…).
  • Coordinating in the delivery of training and development programs
  • Coordinating in gathering employees’ feedback about training effectiveness

1.3. Other roles

  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Conducting market research where necessary.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports (weekly/ monthly) as required.
  • Assist in performing HR projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate with majors/concentrations in HR Management, Organizational Development, business administration, or related fields. (final-year student who is able to work full-time is also considerable).
  • Good command of English, both verbal communication and written
  • Ability to show effective use of analytics and data
  • Strong bias for action
  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with high growth and ambiguity
