Job Description

You will work in the team of Cross Selling and Solutions Corporate Communications and Governmental Affairs in the Benelux with various tasks like:

  • Supporting online and live events
  • Media Communication
  • Organization of meetings
  • Implementation of digitalization projects in commercial and marketing activities
  • Commercial lead generation
  • Communication to employees
  • Organization of trade fairs and internal events

You will also assess influential press articles, advertisements, and critic reviews in which Robert Bosch has been mentioned. 10% of your work will be purchasing work for the department and when applicable you will also give support for trade fairs and other events.

In this function you will be in touch with colleagues from the divisions in the Benelux as well as with colleagues from the Headquarter in Germany and external partners.

Qualifications

You are currently a business student in directions such as Master in Business Management, Commercial Economics, International Business (& Languages) or Communications. You have previous work experience and you are confident in working with the Office Suite (knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage). You have good communication and analytical skills and you are able to work in a team. Furthermore you are well-organized and you can work independently.

Your knowledge of Dutch and English should be fluent. Basic knowledge of French is a plus as we are working for the Bosch France-Benelux region.

Additional Information

If you are a student enrolled in a Belgian University/College and you have to do a mandatory internship you will be granted travel reimbursement and meal vouchers.

If you are a student enrolled in a University/College outside of Belgium (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside a university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of € 860/month.

- If you want to apply for a voluntary internship, you must be a citizen of the EU or have a work permit in Belgium.

- In case that you need to do a mandatory internship, your University/College must be located in a member state of the EU.

Starting date: January 2023
