1.    保障机加工区域设备稳定运行，确保设备停机损失始终在目标水平
2．    主导责任区域设备(加工中心)重大故障的维修，协助工艺处理产品及过程出现异常
3．    建立、完善设备技术规范并对团队人员进行培训
4．    创建并持续优化设备、工装、夹具预防性维修标准
5．    建立结构化专业技能、持续提高设备保障工作的技术成熟度
6．    对设备、工装、参数、软件等开展技术验收放行
7．    作为技术对接窗口支持相关技术交流、经验分享、标准或者变更的支持

1.    本科及以上学历，电气机械工程及其自动化或相关专业
2.    设备维修领域，3-5年工作经验
3.    具备设备技术图纸(机械、电气、液压、气动)的阅读、编辑、创建能力
4.    备件PLC程序的编辑、创建能力及伺服系统、视觉、工业传感器等的配置及调试能力
5.    熟悉加工中心设备控制系统（如西门子、法拉克等）及机床几何精度调试
6.    英语读写熟练
