Job Description

  • You are responsible for the project management of industrialization projects within the exiting area of environmental semiconductor and MEMS sensors and introducing them into our international production network
  • You are planning, steering and coordinating our industrialization projects, taking over product responsibility towards our customer
  • You are improving quality, costs and the delivery of our products continuously and support the shaping of the supply chain and the selection of suppliers
  • You are taking over the technical lead of interdisciplinary and international distributed teams; herewith you are defining work packages and distribute them between suppliers and internal functions, like logistics, purchasing, quality and development.
  • You are introducing new production processes and products into series production and take decisions based on the data you have analyzed and assessed


  • Personality: Strong self-responsibility and assertiveness
  • Experience and Know-How: 3+ years of professional experience in the area of semiconductor manufacturing, assembly, ASIC- or MEMS test, knowledge and fun with international way of working
  • Qualifications: Knowledge in statistical methods and data analysis tools and reliability
  • Languages: Excellent English and German skills
  • Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in electrical engineering or similar
