Job Description

  • Responsible for the creation, design, development, and implementation of RPA systems to enhance business process efficiency
  • investigates, analyze, and set up automated processes to maximize efficiency for a business model.
  • Evaluate automation potential of business processes
  • Conducts coding within RPA tools (e.g. Automation, Catalytics, etc.)
  • Conducts User Acceptance tests
  • Monitor and maintain running BOTs
  • Collaborates with other RPA experts across our worldwide organization to explore solutions, adapt and share best practice
  • Work together with different organizational areas on process designs
  • Support Project Manager / RPA Lead in managing project timelines, quality, budgets as well as client relationships
  • Share experience and knowledge to assist in the development of recommendations and solutions that are in-line with industry best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business or related course
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the RPA environment, especially in regards to process design, coding and project management
  • Experience in the following tools are mandatory: RPA Tools, Automation Anywhere, Powershell
  • Experience in the following tools are nice to have: Catalytics, Blue Prism, Python, C#, Java, Javascript, R, VBA, SQL server
  • Knowledge in Chatbot or PowerBI
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English as well as presentation skills.
  • Potential to develop further into a management and leadership role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Be a highly driven, autonomous, resilient and team player with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable in an international working environment
