1. Overall planning, development, design and implementation of lean production system related intelligent & automatic solutions or equipment, and lead the team to complete the system integration project.
2. Responsible for designing electrical wiring diagram of the intelligent & automatic system, perform commissioning of the hardware and deliver testing report & drawings.
3. Responsible for writing program for the standard hardware (e.g. industrial robot, PLC, camera, servo drive ...), perform testing & validation and deliver testing report & final program code.
4. Responsible for preparing necessary document for installation, operation and maitenance of intelligent & automatic system.
5. Supervise the whole project process, to make a good quality control, progress control and costs control, ensure that the project goals are reached.
6. Management of design change, to make sure the implementation of the change effectively.
7. Sum up lessons learnt from the project and filing of project related drawings, documents and records.
8. Troubleshooting and continuous improvement of automated system.
1. 生产系统相关的智能自动化系统解决方案或设备的整体规划、开发、设计、评审及组织实施，指导并推动完成智能自动化系统集成项目；
2. 负责设计智能自动化系统的电气原理接线图，组织硬件调试，形成硬件测试文档和最终图纸文件；
3. 负责标准化产品（如工业机器人、PLC、摄像头、伺服驱动器等）硬件程序的编写，组态仿真测试和系统测试验证，形成系统测试文档和最终的程序代码；
4. 负责准备智能自动化系统必要的安装、使用和维护文档；
5. 监督管理自动化系统项目的整个过程，做好质量控制、进度控制和成本控制，确保项目目标的达成；
6. 做好设计变更管理，确保变更得到有效执行；
7. 总结项目经验，并对自动化项目涉及的所有图纸、资料和记录进行汇总、归档和保存；
8. 负责自动化系统异常问题的分析、检讨、解决，开展持续改进工作；

1. BA degree or above, majors in automation, computer, integration of M&E and electrical engineering.
2. Has a good command of designing electrical wiring diagram, and proficient in AutoCAD and e-PLAN.
3. Has a good command of programming PLC program and iFIX.
4. Proficient in network interface protocols (e.g. TCP, UDP, MODIBUS, PROFILBUS, OPC, INTERCOM …) and PLC brands (e.g. Siemens, Rexroth, AB, Schneider …) related products and scheme.
5. Has a good command of applying industrial robots, be able to design smart / intelligent solutions with robots independently.
6. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing, designing and implementing automation system integration solutions, be able to develop automation solutions, design schematic diagram and wiring diagram, debug the system independently.
7. Has strong leaning ability, strong sense of responsibility and executive ability and has good communication and coordination skill.
8. Has good project management skill.
9. Fluent English both in speaking and writing is preferred.

1. 大学本科或以上学历, 自动化、计算机、机电一体化、电气工程等专业；
2. 精通电气原理接线图设计，熟练使用AutoCAD，e-PLAN等软件；
3. 精通PLC编程和上位机组态软件编程；
4. 熟悉网络接口协议（如：TCP, UDP, MODIBUS, PROFILBUS, OPC, INTERCOM等）和常用的PLC品牌（如：西门子、力士乐、AB、施耐德等）相关产品及配置方案；
5. 精通工业机器人应用，能独立设计包含机器人的智能化解决方案；
6. 5年以上自动化系统集成的设计开发及实施经验，可独立开发自动化解决方案和设计原理图、接线图并调试系统；
7. 具备较强学习能力、责任感和执行力，良好的沟通协调能力；
8. 具有良好的项目管理能力；
9. 具备流利的英语口语及书写能力者优先考虑。
