PRIMARY FUNCTION : Manage and control the all resources of Production line to achieve the department policy and target and follow up order from superior.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Control and monitor QCDSM. status of production line to meet target OEE / Productivity / IDC / Safety Rate / Delivery on time ' follow up the production result by hourly (Hourly Report) to achieve daily (MPS) and weekly target (OEE/Productivity) and monitoring the production problem or waste for eliminate or improving by implement BPS.
2. Subordinate attendance control and prepare Improving skill training plan for subordinate to serve the production plan and achieve SQCD target.
3. Confirm the Machine and equipment status to be good for production and following preventive maintenance plan.
4. Confirmation Check (Layer Process Audit) by daily.
5. Prepare the daily production report and production problem and solving and summarize the individual report (Action plan or Kaizen) for report to senior staff and manager.
6. Follow up the policy deployment and contonuous improvement by attention and motivate all subordinate to join all activity.
7. Control and confirm all subordinate to keep work standard and evaluation for the performance of all subordinate.
8. Maintain Standardize Work comply with Std. Line Lay out from Superior.
9. Control 5S., LTS, 4M, Suggestion of shop floor and patrol check the subordinate for PPE. use and find out the incident in working area for improving.
10. Control and Monitering Production Volume Transaction ( SAP).
11. Control and task care packing process for new line.

-  Graduated at least Diploma in Production Techniques or higher in Mechanical Engineering.

- Shop floor management skill related with a good technical skills.

- at least 2 years experienced in automotive manufacturing or related filed. 

- Can communication in English Language will preferrable.
