Job Description

You will be responsible for profitable sales growth by developing sales opportunities and acquiring new customers (OEMs, System integrators and Distributors) based in Thailand with responsibility for one of the Factory Automation segments: electric drives and controls - automation solutions, linear motion technologies, assembly technologies.

Qualifications

Education: At least Bachelor degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.

Work Experience: 3-5 years of successful technical sales working experience with proven track record within a B2B environment, preferably in the area of Industrial Automation. Strong understanding or experience in automation sales, automated machinery, electro-mechanical systems, linear motion systems and actuators, mechanical parts (linear bearing, transmissions, guiding systems etc) will have an added advantage.

Languages: Fluency in both spoken and written English and Thai.

Hardware / Software Skills: Good business communication skills, technical know-how, skilled in creation and presentation of compelling value propositions, business presentation and public speaking. Ability for engagement and interacting with executive management, senior engineering and technical personnel, as well as purchasing. Ability to understand and discuss 3D models, CAD drawings, to use basic sizing tools.

Characteristics: Positive attitude and responsiveness towards customers, winning mindset and team spirit, independent, versatile, strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset and good problem solving at technical, commercial, and operational level. Strong technical aptitude and willingness to embrace the sales and promotion of Bosch Rexroth products in multiple technologies within Factory Automation solutions and services.
