• Accountable for the achievement of project targets in terms of quality, cost and on-time delivery.
• Understand and implement all the relevant Product Innovation Framework PIF as per Bosch procedure
• Utilize the project documentation application using PMT
• Responsible for managing the project risk management and coordinating the needed risk assessments and communicating with the relevant stakeholders.
• Apply all processes according to valid PT and Bosch procedures published in BGN
• Support and takeover special tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ of working experience in project management, preferably in the design and development environment, experience using Scrum and agile methodology.
• Excellent communication skill and able to present ideas and concepts to different target audients.
• Understanding of plastic injection molding and electronic knowledge
• Strong analytical skills and planning skills.
• Entrepreneurial thinking with creative problem solving skills.
• Team player and able to build trust in the workplace.
