Job Summary:

Material forecast/ planning and orders , communicate with suppliers, track and ensure the material delivery, final to ensure customer order delivery on time.
材料预测，材料计划/订单，与供应商沟通以确保物料按时供应，最终确保客户订单的准时交付.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Set up/optimize long term material plan according to market FC/consumption/capacity, effective negotiation with supplier to ensure material prepation and capacity reservation.根据市场预测/工厂产能及历史使用量，提供材料预测，通过有效的供应商沟通，以确保供应商产能预留及材料准备；
2. Material planning and ordering from suppliers, monitor plan/order implementation to ensure on time delivery.物料计划及订单的下达，跟踪执行以确保供应商准时交货
3. Coordinate with PUx, QMM, LOG2 to ensure good receipt on time. deal with unqualified material, push inspection process for urgent material and physical material transferring. Communicate with production planner in time to fulfill customer demand 协调采购，质量，仓库入厂检验等部门，保证材料按时入库，处理不合格品，紧急物料催检，内部物流运输，及时与生产计划沟通，确保满足客户需求
4. Material Inventory control and reduction.物料库存控制和管理满足关键指标要求
5. Material master data /BOM/SAP initiative,exception message etc (Define MRPC, purchase group, lot size etc)物料主数据相关参数/物料清单维护
6. Supplier management, include lead time reduction, supplier integration/agreement negociation ( EDI, Consignment stock, TLV, SA etc)负责供应商管理，年度物流协议签订 ( 寄售库存，SA，供货周期，EDI 等)

1. Bachelor degree or above, Major in Mechanical, trading or Logistic preferred
    本科学历，机械，贸易或物流专业优先
2. Good knowledge and related experience (at least 3 years or above )in SAP(MM, PP, SD  module) lean logistic, Pull System (incl. Kanban and Supermarket), Leveling;
3年及以上相关工作经验，对于以下方面具有良好的知识：SAP（MM，PP，SD模块），精益物流，拉式生产系统（包括看板及超市），均衡生产
3. Familiar with OFFICE and other PC skills
    熟练使用电脑和OFFICE 办公软件
4. Fluent in both written and spoken English
    英语书面及口语表达流畅
5. Open personality, team spirit and active communication skills
    性格开朗，有团队精神和良好的沟通能力
6. Honest, responsibility, able to work under pressure
    诚实正直，有责任感，能承受工作压力
