Within our organization we develop power electronics for the e-mobility solutions of Bosch. With the help of Si, SiC, GaN semiconductor technologies our power modules enable the Bosch inverters/converters to be efficient and reliable. In our team you can directly contribute to a greener future with the increased power and fun of e-mobility.

Your contribution to something big:

â–º Develop mechanical design solutions for power semiconductors modules, inverters and converters based on MOSFET, IGBT or SiC Technology

â–º Responsibility to find the product optimum in complex R&D projects

â–º Creating 3D CAD models and 2D drawings and BOMs

â–º Responsible for part tolerancing (based on tolerance calculation and manufacturability)

â–º Creating project documentation such as reports, presentations

â–º Technical collaboration with project members, customers and suppliers

â–º Prepare technical evaluations and support mechanical component and final product release

â–º Support activities of design and process FMEAs, DRBFM, 8D etc.

â–º Data management in a product data management (PDM) system

â–º Prepare, follow - up and introduce engineering changes into serial production


What distinguishes you:

â–º University degree (BsC, MsC) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar

â–º Proven background and knowledge within the field of CAD design, Creo is beneficial

â–º Automotive Experience is beneficial .

â–º SAP Experience is beneficial

â–º Stamped and deep-drawn part (design) experience is beneficial

â–º Fluent English communication and presentation skills, German is beneficial but not mandatory

â–º Self- motivated team player with strong desire for continuous learning
